Telephone

An authorized enrollment specialist will conduct a thorough question and answer session over the telephone to determine your needs and qualifications. The enrollment will be followed by an email that you can acknowledge the enrollment. The entire process takes less than 30 minutes. *must have an active email to use this option.

 

 

In Person

An authorized enrollment specialist will conduct the enrollment interview at your home, our office, or a public place of your choice. During the face-to-face meeting, the specialist will determine your needs and qualifications then enroll you in a plan. The in-person enrollment takes less than 30 minutes to complete. 

 

 

By Mail

You also have the opportunity to enroll by mail. A specialist will review your qualification with you by phone and send you the Pre-completed application and postage by mail. You can then review the application, sign and return it directly to the private insurance company at your convenience.
